PROJECT The project involves the complete requalification of a building constructed in the 1970s. The rehabilitation will focus only on the windows of the ground floor, 8 units In order to launch the project we must establish and define a preliminary study on the number one cell: the hairdressing store: "UN LOOK POUR TOUS" As part of this preliminary project we need 5 perspectives/rendering in 3D, with suggestions from you, initiatives are welcome. The format of the work to be delivered will be: PDF, and PSD and Hi-Res JPEG We have already done some drafts and our client wants to deepen the project so we can present it to political deciders because we are in a downtown area and this first project will be part of a larger project. Our work will consist of: - Demolition of the existing facade - installation of a new facade - laying a metal curtain - installation of a luminous sign - cladding of the side walls with lacquered metal sheets As part of this presentation we wish to propose 5 drawings - 3 drawings of the new preliminary showcase - 2 Drawings of a perspective approach to the building as a whole Material available: - First drafts - Photos - CAD plan of the building We hope to present this project next week.
