Produce renders from 3d-sketchup model

Hello, I've seen and understand your problem. The thing is I am great at modeling in sketchup, but only render using 3dsmax. Normally I export my sketchup models to max and then take my renders there... Would that be an option for you? I believe I know exactly how to do your "stupid render" in max. Dear client, i reviewed the pdf and think i have the solution for what you need, it involves using the shadows as reference to activate flat textures, which would then be the ones rendered, achieving the example you gave.
