We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to support our Recruiting team. We are looking for an individual that can quickly identify resumes/contact info for active and passive job seekers for open positions in the USA. Looking for experience using common resourcing tools: LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster, Facebook, etc. (experience with Boolean strings) Ideally, we'd prefer someone with experience in the Engineering and Construction arena with an ability to understand the type of person/skills that are required. Open positions are a combination local support and travelers. We typically have 20+ openings at any given time and search needs could change daily. Common roles/skillsets we are looking for: Project Managers (Construction) Engineers (Electrical, Structural, Civil, Mechanical) Project Controls (Cost, Accounting, Scheduling, Planners) Superintendents (Electrical, Industrial, Commercial, Traveling) Site Safety & Health Managers (Traveling) Designers and Drafters (CAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.) Proposal Coordinators Assistant Project Managers Project Coordinators Document Control The goal for us is to have quality candidates quickly identified and accessible to our Recruiting team to initiate contact.
