Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced international recruiter with Passion & heart and a track record of success to join our team. The right person for this role is an energetic professional who thrives on building relationships and helping others excel. The goal of the recruiter will be to source the best customer facing candidates they can find. You will attract, source, screen, schedule interviews, track hiring metrics, and on-board many candidates for several independent customer service and sales representative roles. You must be a dynamic, capable, self-starter who is very focused on finding the right candidates for our team. You must be obsessed with finding the best candidates. This can be a full time or part time position.
Responsibilities:
• Find international candidates with great English, personality & fit
• Create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns and channels to source both active and passive candidates.
• Leverage online recruiting resources to recruit effectively.
• Proactively emailing and calling/skyping candidates
• Source and screen all candidates; prepare interview questions with the team
• Keep records of all candidates with notes
• Actively track and monitor recruitment process; report metrics on a daily + weekly basis
• Solve problems and roadblocks to enable swift progress toward hiring goals
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English; easy and clear communication style
• Strong sense of professionalism and keen ability to communicate.
• People person with positive attitude + self-confidence
• Self-starter: The ability to create ideas, processes, and administrative techniques to support the process of hiring and onboarding. The desire to seek out and identify the best candidates for each individual role.
• Adept at word processing, online management tools, video conferencing, spreadsheets
