Data analysis and results export

As a researcher, I am working to revise my manuscript that was submitted to a medical journal for publication. The reviewer suggested adding some variables and, as a result, the number of patients changed and all the statistical analyses have to be redone, and tables have to be refilled. As you can see from the attachment, my ORIGINAL paper has three tables, and this study has three patient cohorts that were diagnosed in 2005-2009, 1992-1996, and 1982-1987, respectively. The reviewer's requirements are (1) add three or more variables (e.g. tumor grade) to Table 1; (2) replicate Table 1 for the 1992-1996 and the 1982-1987 cohorts as well; and because of (1) and (2), the numbers in Table 3 have to be updated accordingly. I have obtained the adequate dataset with clear coding (such as male=1, female=0, etc) for the above analysis. However, I do not have enough time for some of the analyses and would like to ask for your help. I would like you to do the analysis for me and fill out the tables with your results. For Table 2 and Table 3, I used Cox regression but I already completed the statistical analysis and just need you to fill out the tables according to my results (I will give you the results output in SPSS). Therefore, your main work would be Table 1. As you can see, these are just descriptive statistics and simple inferential statistics such as t-test or Chi-Square test, you can use either R or SPSS, preferably R (as I would like to have your codes so that I can check). As I would discuss with my co-investigator regarding the final patients enrolled tomorrow morning (04/17/2018 in the US), I will get back to you ASAP on 04/17/2018 regarding the final plan. Thank you!
