Read .csv file and pass values as input to SCP command

Hello there! I know about SCP and SSH commands well. I will use pandas modules of python to iterate through data in the csv file and pass it as arguments to the SCP command. We can do this easily with a Python script, using the standard library for CSV processing and the SSH/SCP client packages available from the PyPl repository. I have time to work on this today, so I'll be able to deliver the code by tomorrow morning.
