I want to develop a Quantum computing based app which can predict numbers for lottery like Powerball,MegaMillions and others.... either by using previous numbers or new numbers...etc i dont want a classical computer program... i want a quantum computing based program which can generate the numbers ...later you can use classical computer programs for displaying etc....
