The project starts with a search using Google Scholar for all Florida state legal cases from 2014 to present using the following search "3.850 reversed in part". This generates about 680 results. I need the list sorted from newest to oldest. This is easy. It is simply a google scholar search.
However, next I need each of those results to be saved as a PDF file. I want each case to be separated with a page break in between each. In this way I can go through each case if needed and summarize what I need from each case.
The summary then needs to be placed at the top of each case. Each summary must then be cataloged by date and type of case. I will provide a table of contents framework.
Finally, after the summary and case are brought together internet research on each case need to be done. One must backtrack using the case numbers, name of the person appealing (appellant), and locate the case at the clerk of court website where the case was originally filed.
Florida courts are online and I want to locate the legal papers that were referenced in the cases and download them. These three things will form a "Template folder" i.e. the summary, the case law, and the legal papers referenced in the case law.
Each template folder will become a digital product to be housed in a library of templates in a Woocommerce store in a website that is being built.
Eventually I will want a catalog of the claims and we will be using the summaries for marketing the website.
So, to recap: I want a comprehensive list of all cases shown on Google Scholar between 2014 and today. I want each case to be saved as a PDF file. I want the files to be organized by date from newest to oldest.
I will either create a summary of the case or train the provider on how to create the summary. I then want the legal papers referenced in the cases located at the various clerk of courts offices in Florida and each legal paper to be combined with the summary and the case law into a "Template folder". The template folders will be cataloged and the catalog and claims will become part of a library to be housed in a woocommerce store as part of a website under development.
