Manage a project of finding hiring a music production assistant + more

I need someone to help craft / edit a job posting for maximum effectiveness and to limit time wasting with unqualified candidates. Post it on Freelance / Elance type sites that have a Music Production/Producers segment. Then, communicated efficiently and effectively / as needed with applicants. Submit assets in an organized manner for our consideration. I realize that nearly anyone can do this task so please only respond if you are highly organized and experienced in project management. I'm looking someone skilled even though this task isn't particularly demanding.
