It must be clean, simple in presentation and effective in terms of data flow and processes. Suppliers must be abl eto post profiles and resumes Buyers must be able to post projects Suppliers must be able to bid Buyers must be able to review, evaluate and prioritise, refuse and accept bids and pay money into escrow funds. The system must calculate and communicate all costs and commission % On work acceptance, the system must be able to pay out to the supplier if all goes well or to the buyer is things go badly. There must be a rating system. Theren must be a mediation request system Contact forms for contacting the site Financial/.historic information supplier lists by ratings etc We need to discuss to verify.
