Hello, I'm a software engineer & linux sysadmin. Which osticket version are you running? I found something that do some integration with telegram but it's for an old osticket version. I would like to help you but if that solution can't help us then I will have to create a plugin to intercept tickets and send them to telegram using a bot. To be honest never did that integration with osticket, but for sure I can acomplish this.
