Building a 2 Sided Quality Assurance Program

Hi, I'm working for a products supply company and all of the work that we are completing needs quality assurance documentation. This, however, can become messy as there is so much documentation that is completed. I am looking at building a website where all of the documents can be uploaded and stored so that they are then organised for anyone looking for this documentation. The basic plan is to have each document separated into its suppliers company name, date, order number, product type, job title and quality assurance test type (not necessarily in that order, those are just the different aspects that will affect the document). The idea is for either our company or the supplier to upload it onto this website and then the company that the product and documentation is being supplied to can easily go onto the website and search for the document that they are after.
