We are a company developing sensor systems for building management systems. We are currently develping a new platform for our sensor board. We do already have the PCB Layut done, but we want to design a housing for our system including graphic overlay with membran switches. Since we do not have many experiences with housing and user Interface we do need an experienced Freelancer who can help us during the design tasks. The final PCB is about 10cmx15cm, we need to include a 16x4 character LCD, an rotary encoder and about 6 LED and 6 buttons on the front panel of the housing. Please only experienced Freelancer, kindly provide examples of your previous work. You should be able to do this tasks: - Advice us on which technic or material is best on housing (Aluminum, injection mold, rapid prototyping) - How to include the display into the user interface - Which type of graphic overlay to use - Design us a housing - Design thje graphic overlay You don't need to produce prototypes for us, we only need the design and your expert advice during the designing period.

Hello, I’ve been reading about your project and I find it interesting, I want you to know that I have the experience required to complete it satisfactorily for both parts, I have worked in challenging projects as an Hybrid Bus for DINA (Mexican Trucks and Buses Factory) and human powered transportation systems in which my major collaboration was the design of plastic parts, shells, an covers as well as their molds as well as the 3D models, run of simulations to enable the parts for production for injection process. There are more technopolymers that will be suitable for your needs. They have excellent mechanical characteristics and good electrical properties. You can also achieve them with a best design.
