write an telegram.me application

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are PHP, Mysql and Telegram Bot API. It is an easy script, it wont be hard to script. maybe thre or four hours i think... Hello, Iam searching for a Person who can write me an PHP Telegram Bot. It schould be done very quick, in 2 days mabee :) But I think it isn't hard work. You have to create the PHP-Script and the Mysql Database and I need short manual how to set up Script and Database. please use this telegram bot, so that i can explan my needs a little bit. -> @TestLevel3Bot 1. If Bot opens Chat in need to write Aboutus-text as custom text (in the PHP File)(GlobalAboutustext) 2. After clicking start i need to write custom welcome text (in the PHP File)(Globalwelcometext) The bot opens new Menus: "Deutsch & Englisch" 3. If User chooses Deutsch i need to write custom welcome text (in the php file)(Germanwelcometext) If User chooses englisch i need to write custom welcome text (in the php file)(Englischcometext) -> German and Englisch have the same functions and uses same database but other language. 4.
