I need a small web app built that can provide students with an instant calculation of the money they will save by moving to an offcampus apartment.
The app will be designed similar to the files uploaded to this post. A user will put in information about what dorm they currently live in, and then select what size apartment they would live in. It would calculate the cost of the apartment live and show them the various costs associated with different apartment sizes/neighborhoods. When they click submit they are then shown the cost of living in an off campus apartment right beside the cost of living in the dorm they currently live in with the savings calculated below.
I am assuming that the best way to store and interact with the data on how much specific neighborhoods/apartments/dorms cost would be a SQL DB, but that is up to you. I already have SQL set up on the server and this app would be built on my server.
The build is quite urgent, the faster you can get it done the better.
