I need a raffle system that I can install on a server as a website that can almost be like a social network where: Have a back end super administrator that can control all aspects of users coming to the site to buy or create an account to start a raffle, and in the front end, [login to view URL] can create an account as a raffle administrator 2. the raffle administrator can create any amount of raffle pages and be able to save or discard them at any time, 3. the system should be able to automatically create a landing page for the raffle with information and images provided by the raffle administrator, with a sign up form that will capture name and email of a ticket buyer, with system assigning a unique ticket number, that will enter the raffle. 4. allow the raffle admin upload downloadable products and create automatic links that will be emailed to the winner of the raffle 5. allow the raffle admin add users manually and send them invitations to the raffle [login to view URL] the raffle administrator to make the raffle tickets be free or for a price and can limit the amount of tickets a user can buy or get. 7 the system should be able to work with paypal, 2checkout and any other payment system 8. the system should be able to store names and email for people buying or getting tickets for a particular raffle and make the information available to the raffle administrator and the super administrator 9 The system should be able to do an automatic and manual raffle drawing 10. the system should allow raffle administrators to decide which prize should be given away first (for multiple products being raffled by one raffle administrator) 11 the system should allow raffle administrator that sale raffle tickets to enter payment system settings(paypal, 2checkout, etc) and allow the system capture 10 to 20% of total ticket sales and deposit it to the super administrator paypal account. 12. Allow super administrator block, delete and ban users and raffle administrators 13. Allow super administrator create front pages The system should allow customization.
