Scope of work
- Rewrite of old ASP website to WordPress PHP, by start from scratch approach
- Develop new WordPress responsive theme (iPhone / Android / iPad / Laptop / Desktop)
- The new design should be 80% similar to the old website, responsive layout to be proposed by provider
- Please refer to the attachment for the existing layout: [login to view URL] of the homepage layout, and [login to view URL] for sub-page layout of a
- There are around 20 sub-pages
- There are around 100 news and event articles need to be migrated as well
- We don't have login of the existing ASP, so all the existing contents need to copy and paste into new site, and images need to be re-upload to WordPress
- Limit use of WordPress Plugin except it's essential
- New WebSite will be in Traditional Chinese language, encoding use the general UTF-8
- Project schedule will be within 1 month (20 working days)
- Need to provide progress update to our project manager via email everyday
Out of scope
- Server configuration will be out of scope, we will provide FTP access to the Apache server
