Wordpress updates. 2 pages-1 feature deleted

Hi, We are looking for a proposal to fix or create a few things on our Wordpress webpage. Looking for a Wordpress expert. We are looking for an expert in Wordpress to complete the following tasks. If we have a good experience with the work, historically this means we would need you for yearly updated projects on the site. For this project, we need the following: A. We have a page that we can duplicate on our back end. We have this because we need to be able to create unlimited landing pages for our new, different customers (all with different URLs on the page). Currently, the backend allows for us to change the URLs to the ‘registration’ and the “Contact” buttons. We need you to create a backend URL, that can be different and therefore changed on each page in the future for the buttons of “About”, “Blog” and the heading “contact” should be connected to the same “contact” button further down the page. You will see which buttons have hyperlinks and which ones do not. We need the buttons that do not function, to function on the back end. B. Our backend was deleted and does not reflect our front end, location page. The backend has no way to change or update the front end. We are not really sure how this happened via past work that was done, but we need this location page restored on the backend or an entirely new one created. Currently there is no way on the backend to update or change anything you see on the front end. C. We use a chat feature on our website pages. We want that deleted and taken off the site.
