Wordpress Theme Model From A Current Website

This is an easy job for a good wordpress theme designer who knows what they are doing. I have a domain with the wordpress site basic set up. However I want to model another site for its layout but use my colours. I cannot see what theme is being used for it as I don't own it. I will be writing my own content but would like the layout modelled from the example site. I need someone to copy/find/create the theme so our site is modelled on theirs based on layout, e.g.: optin box at top, side bar of content, content posts etc... It should be an easy job to create a theme (although someone with some code knowledge could probably find out what theme is being used) that means we can have a main page like the site and also the other pages like the site in question. The pages that need the theme would be: - Main home - Free Stuff - About - Member Successes - I Need Help With As you will be able to see from the site each page has a different layout that is controlled by the theme I would guess so would need the pages created as per the example site.
