Hi there, The requirements are quite clear and straightforward. I heard mixed reviews about wp-property so rather trying to fix it I think we should create a new plugin from scratch for the synchronization. We can create a custom post type for a property utilizing other data through it or use custom fields for that data, many options exist. I'm not sure what you're thinking about the frontend, theme though. I assume that project only encapsulates functional requirements rather than anything visual related. I'm planning to use php7.2 and the latest stable wordpress version to implement the plugin. Please let me know if you want to target different versions. It'll take 7 days to complete, thanks.
