Wordpress browser issue on drag

Currently my wordpress site has an issue on screen sizes at 1440 and larger when a user drags from the right edge it just cuts off the content and not keep it in the window. Then at a certain point it jumps. You can clearly see the behavior in the attached video on my google drive: [login to view URL] I need to get it fixed so it remains smooth for desktop and does not cuttoff the content jump as you drag. This is because not all users will have their screen maximized and it may not look good at times. Nothing needs to be done on mobile.
