Website Management - open to bidding

Hi, I am a small time E commerce Retailer based out of UAE. I shall make it very clear in the beginning itself , so that it doesnt waste your time and mine discussing things. As reiterating im a small time e commerce retailer running out of home itself . I sell mostly everything online and looking for somebody to manage my entire website on a monthly basis. Tasks would be Daily basis - New Products upload ( Images and Product Description )( This would not be a daily job but yes i tend to get atleast 10 to 15 new products every week ) - Newsletters using Madmimi ( I have a 25k subscriber list , so designing attractive newsletters that would convert to sales on a daily basis ) This is the most important task , as i dealt with others who have failed to do this on a daily basis. So need some creative designer who can manage to do this on a daily basis. - Social Media Marketing on FB , Twitter ( Other social media i am not active but would definitely help ) Weekly basis - As mentioned earlier , i keep getting new products every week, so those products need to be uploaded onto the website with images and description. ( Images need to resized as per the theme currently being used ) As and when needed Create Banners or Logos or static images for the Sliders on the website as per the occassion/season/new products launch. Needs to be a effective one . Somebody who has experience in doing this stuff helps. Here and there , i would need somebody to update themes, update new functions to the website as and when needed, this is not going to be a daily affair but when the need arises, so somebody with development skills would definitely help. SEO optimization of the website . Both Onpage and Offpage The website is currently hosted on Woocommerce and i have already brought Magento and looking forward for somebody who can take it over from there. So Magento experience is what i need .I am looking for somebody who can constantly add value to the website and keep working closely together for mutual benefit. I have a fulltime job as well and do this at home after work , hence i do not get time to do all this and hence looking to hire somebody who can do this for me. The good things about the website, is that it is well known website in UAE, ranked 229K currently on Alexa. I believe i have written everything i need i am looking for and i am ready to pay somebody on a monthly basis like a salary for doing this. I am looking for somebody who is OK with doing all the stated above and i can rest assure that if my sales improve ,i surely can incentivise the person. Its not going to be a 8 hour shift on a daily basis. Its going to be 2 to 3 hours everyday to the max .
