website developer - work for me - long term - php/codeigniter development (read carefully)

Looking for an experienced Codeigniter/PHP and web designer to fix and add new features to an existing website currently developed in Codeigniter.
You MUST BE ABLE to deliver each task in the shortest period of time possible.
Bid only if you have expert knowledge of PHP & Codeigniter, MySQL, CSS, Web design, XHTML, jQuery, cross-browser coding (Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap), Linux server setup, apache modules, web design.
Collaboration terms :
- a test task will be assigned for start - no milestones or advance payments
- payment will be done at the end of each month based on the work that was done, completed tasks (once fixed/developed and confirmed by me that is working as agreed and expected), number of hrs worked
- for each task you have to make me an estimation of how long you will need to develop that specific feature
- I provide development server for the work (you will have to have bitbucket account)
I AM LOOKING TO WORK FOR LONG TERM WITH INDIVIDUAL FREELANCER TO TAKE THIS PROJECT
- This is just a TEST project - if you prove yourself, you can get a long term/fulltime collaboration contract. You must be able to dedicate 6 - 7 days per week, 8 hours/day to my project and be available on skype - must be able to work including Saturdays and Sundays
