Visual Data Charts for Cryptocurrency using API data

I would like to improve on this idea, and place this on a website that is very clear and easy to use which a user can control. I would like it do look better than this design and slightly different if possible. Your ideas are welcome. [login to view URL] 1. Pull data going back to Jan 2017, and update and collec/store ALL DATA given bt api for all cryptocurrencies and new cryptocurrencies that are added (currently 1,600 total and growing daily): [login to view URL] 2. Use "market_cap" data for each cryptocurrency to display a visual of each cryptocurrency using circles. As the market cap changes you will need to change the relative size of the each circle. The larger the market cap the bigger the size of each circle. Smaller market caps will be very tiny. If the circle is large enough should show "% marketcap" of that cryptocurrenct (calculate ""market_cap" for that crypocurrency and DIVIDE by "total_market_cap" For example show a large circle (Bitcoin - displays at BTC and 37.3% below) 3. This visual needs to look very sharp and clear and be dislayed on a website (for desktop and mobile use) User can manipulating the visual: [login to view URL] The date needs to displayed on the screen so they can see the date changing. Like the example. [login to view URL] A. Autoplay (user can see all days slowly and watch visual change moving dates forward) - similar to this B. User selected controled (user can advance with mouse backward or forward to change the date and visual) 4. Data should update daily. IF we can do intraday updates of "market_cap" to show a specific day that would be very nice also. 5. ** I don't want to copy this design exactly, use different colors if possible. I like the idea of the small circles getting larger and taking up more of the visual as more cryptocurrencies are added.
