Hello, I am working last 6 years with big video tube network sites (adult/non adult) and i can build a site you are looking for. My site will be both hosting videos with various type of formats like - 360,480,720,1080 etc and also will be embed video sites which will get video urls and play on your custom video player like html5 or jw player without adding source site's player and there will be mass embeder. I will configure your server with require tools and all other hosting servers for videos and images. Also for hosting videos there will be preview for 10-15 sec when you mouse over on video thumbs.
