I'm looking for someone who can design a simple venue booking form using google forms. The venue has approx. 140 spaces, that will be bookable for a specific date (see the attachment). The collected information should be: - Booked date (selection out of 15.6.2019, 20.7.2019, 17.8.2019, 21.9.2019, 19.10.2019) - Booked position from a situation plan (once a place is booked for a specific date it cannot be booked by other person) - Selection of sale for retired person or students - Name - Email - Telephone number - Items sold by the vendor Once the information is filled, email with notification of information filled and payment information has to be sent to the email filled into the form. The finished booking form should be easy for us to later edit and reuse for another dates.
