!* Urgent *! Pull a value from database for Wordpress Form - Caldera Form Plugin

Greetings Freelancers, I'm in urgent in need of a Wordpress expert that is familiar with the Caldera forms plugin. Please do not apply if you are not available to start right away, can't't have the job completed within 4 - 8 hours and can't complete the job for a fixed price of $100 which is to be paid only after the job is complete and tested. The job is as follows: Visit [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] On the homepage you will see a form that is in the main/hero section that has two dropdowns named "Select your Area" and "Number of Bedrooms". Once a user fills out this form and presses "Get Estimate" it is to redirect to.. [login to view URL] This is where the database(which is already created) comes in. The estimate/value is based on the "Area' and "Bedrooms" selected. This page is already built out and styled and the estimate/value must be inserted where the "1000 / month" currently is. Also on this page is a second form where the email and address from the first form are to be inserted. In other words the two forms need to be connected and the Caldera plugin makes this possible via the "passback" variable. I have been on a endless journey to find a talented and reliable developer who I can partner with on future projects. I ALWAYS need work done so if you do a good job on this task I can guarantee a steady flow of work.
