Upgrade to PHP 7 in Linux server and insure that all installed websites will works correctly.

I can install PHP 7. Existing sites will use current PHP version, you will be able to select PHP 7 for these sites. But not all PHP scripts work on PHP 7, so you can only use PHP 7 if your script work with latest PHP version.

I can upgrade your PHP to 7 but whether all your website code with work with that or not depends upon the coding practices adopted by the developer. If codebase is that of a standard CMS then those can be made to work, but if it is a custom website it will take more effort to make code fixes and will be charged extra.
