Update c#.net website to save date of signed document

We have a website which we use to allow users to fill out loan documents. We need to make a change to our process that will save a date in the database and allow admin users to update that date if needed. The project requirements are:
- When a user clicks 'transfer to processing' a modal appears (attachment 1). We need to add a new field here 'Enter the Loan Application Signature Date.'
- This field should appear below 'Enter the Proposed Closing Date' field.
- The field is required and should be a date picker (same as 'Enter the Proposed Closing Date').
- The field should pre-populate with the date from the signed loan application (if available).
> This date is stored in the database table: documents > doc_eSignDate
> If the loan has multiple Loan Applications use the one with the most recent eSign Date.
- When the loan is transferred to processing we need to save two dates in the database:
> store the 'Loan Application Signature Date' to: loans > LoanAppSignedDate
> create a date that is 'Loan Application Signature Sate' + 15 days and store it to: loans > DocumentsDueDate
- On Processing page the document due date will appear under the loan name (attachment 2).
- On Processing page, under Loan Details add a new field 'Document Due Date' where the administrator can change the document due date (attachment 3).
- Add a modal alert that appears if the processor views the loan 2 days before the 'Document Due Date' similar to the alert for Closing Date (attachment 4). This code closely models code already written and should be copied based on the existing code.
> the modal will only appear when:
- the logged in user the Processor selected for this loan
- the Documents Due Date is within 3 days of the current date
- the field loans > DocumentsDueDateAlert = 0 (to prevent showing the alert multiple times)
> The modal should say:
title: Document Due Date Alert
body: The documents for your loan, {loan name} are scheduled to be completed by {documents due date}. Please confirm that the proposed date is achievable.
buttons: 'I Confirm this Date is Achievable' or 'I Want to Change the Document Due Date'
> If date is confirmed: update the database 'loans > DocumentsDueDateAlert = 1' to prevent the alert from appearing again.
> If the date is changed: update the database 'loans > DocumentsDueDate' to whatever new date is selected
