Travel Website with API connections

I require a robust and world-class website which will sell golf tours to South Africa. I am looking for an expert in API technology that has experience in connecting with API of [login to view URL], AirB&B, and Europcar API. You must also have experience in payment gateways. The required website will enable visitors to search for available accomodation after selecting either self-catering (AirB&B) or hotels pulling the lowest priced hotels from booking.com. The user must be able to use all the filters that are available on booking.com/AirB&B to select their required accommodation but the results must be a unique layout which has the golf & safari feel/look. Once a user has the accommodation then the system will need to pull the golf courses from a static database and the golf courses will be linked to the hotels by means of the location i.e. if the user selects Cape Town then all the golf courses that can be played in Cape Town will be displayed with the user seeing a short description of each course based on price per person, ranking, designer, holes, distance and an image of each course. The user will then have to select the golf courses they wish to play and will also be able to select the dates that they would like to play the golf courses based on the dates that the accommodation has been selected for. The user must also be able to just leave the dates open. Once the golf courses are selected then user will add to cart so will now have accommodation and golf and will be able to see the pricing for his package on a per person and total pricing. The user will then be able to select a rental car from europcar API and add this to the basket. They can proceed without a rental car and request transfers. Transfer prices will be pulled from a static database of transfer prices based on airport to hotel transfer and then full day transfers. Final addition is again from a static database and will be displayed like the golf courses but will offer the user the ability to select various sight-seeing tours, dinner options, helicopter trips etc that are applicable in the area. Again they will need to select dates they want to do the trip and once selected it will be added to the basket. User will then be able to check out. On check out the user will pay according to the Booking.com/AirB&B T&C that are given according to the selected accommodation. So if full payment is required on booking then full payment will be taken via a CC to secure the booking. All pricing that comes into the website via the Api needs to be able to have a margin added of 20% and this 20% will need to be adjustable as and when we like. Ideally, we would like the users to also be able to change the currency to reflect the currency they prefer and this will again need to be controlled by an API and through booking.com/AirB&B. Any user will need to log in when using the system and only need to log in once and then have a password and be able to come back at any stage to see what they have booked/make changes/cancel just like is possible in AirB&B. A CMS will track the users to the site and collect emails etc for us to communicate to these people via marketing. The two main things are a professional-looking site that looks wow and instals confidence in users and the functionality working so that it is an easy user experience for all users and they can get in and get a golf holiday quickly and easily. For the second phase we will bring in a second stage where users can book seats on scheduled departures that we operate and users can also book into play on specific tournaments and events that we will run. I am wanting a company that has experience in travel websites, has experience in API functionality with [login to view URL] and AirB&B, is able to design a site that is mobile friendly and is able to take this brief and understand it completely and add to it to make it better.
