Transfer php codes to a template file

Not hiring no-one over my pay of $10.00 at end of project, i create milestones at end of completion...I will only hire people who can do this with files alone... I am currently using my chat or ([login to view URL] file) on which we added an iframe to my template file([login to view URL] file) to that page andwe use chat that way....Well i dont want that. I need to add the [login to view URL] codes to my current template file and then fix it to call that template file same as if we were calling [login to view URL] file. Do away with the iframe. Must be functional like is now. If you can do that message me.. See shots to understand my point of view.. I am NOT giving you C/panel logins,,, ONLY files to work them, i will share site logins for testing...
