I am a .NET developer and have been working with ASP.NET for more than 6 years now. I have developed many MIS and ERP related applications. I read your Description. I can design a desktop application or an online one for you depending on whichever one you want. The desktop application will use a Microsoft SQL sever in the background and will provide you will all the functionality you have mentioned. Will give Email notifications and create SOP and ALL.
