TRAFFIC TRACKING AND MANAGEMENT PHP SCRIPT

Hello, I have a traffic tracking script but I want a new one to be coded because my existing script is written in OLD PHP (over 10 years) and it use too much resource for basic functions such as hit tracking. I will only need you to use the existing design (how the website looks, menus looks etc..) of my existing traffic script. I will also provide you admin login to my existing script so you can see how it works and code a new PHP scrip that looks the same but will use less resource. List of functions of the traffic tracking script: 1) Create/edit user account to check stats (So clients can check the number of hits delivered to their ad page) Users functions: view campaigns, pause campaigns, change daily limit. Reseller functions: Add campaign, edit campaigns, create user/edit user 2) Create/edit traffic campaigns Function available for admins and resellers. Reseller functions: specify total amount, URL, campaign name, daily limit, user to whom the campaign belongs, specify in which traffic group the traffic campaign will run. 3) Create/edit resellers (Add credits, choose in which traffic groups the reseller can create campaigns) 4) Create/edit traffic groups 5) Spread traffic to traffic campaigns through a custom tracking. 6) Pause campaigns when daily limit is reached 7) Move completed traffic campaigns to a group named COMPLETED 8) Move visitors to specific URL when there is no active campaign remaining in a traffic group 9) Refresh traffic group's tracking links every X number of seconds (to be specified by ADMIN) for every traffic group (That function will refresh tracking link after X number of second to load a new campaign that is in that traffic group). 10) The tracking link of the traffic groups that will end with the name of the category chosen must be displayed as the REFERRER on all web counters when redirected to URL of the traffic campaign. I don't want the users to see the real source of the traffic. Tracking link groups should look as below: [login to view URL]?"IP address of visitors"=CATEGORY_NAME That way every visitor will have a separate source URL in the user's personal counter providers such as statcounter or google analytics. 11) Every traffic campaign will have a CATEGORY NAME included in the CAMPAIGN NAME section. 12) Create/edit traffic groups including the refresh rate in X number seconds. Function available to ADMINS only. 13) User types who have access to script. Three types only: Admin, reseller, user/client !!!!
