We need somebody who understands Thumbor image resizing to install it to our digital ocean server and give some guidance and explanation to how best to use it in cases with low load increasing to high load. You must have experience in using thumbor and only if you can show us that you have installed this and have it working will we be interested in your bid. If you cannot share a URL / demo then unfortunately we will not entertain your bid.
