Right now we are building a trading portal, which is somehow similar to what you need. We are taking the odds from these 3 providers and comparing them. The scope of the trade portal is to provide odds to other sports betting websites. I can give you access to it if you want to see the current progress. You mention you want to take the odds from bet365, ladbrokes and other websites. As far as I know these websites do not have an API that give us their odds and the only way to take their odds is to parse them. If I am mistaking please tell me. So to estimate the overall amount of work is pretty hard because we first need the list of all the websites that you need odds from and then parse each individually. Each has its own complexity. So first step is to take the odds. Step two is to create the odds comparison website where the users login and see the odds. Step three is to make the betting APIs.
