I am looking for a PHP developer to customise the result page for 2 quiz forms. The quiz is built and the points and everything is added. What is requested is to show a paragraph at the end of the form based on the score achieved, there will be 3 paragraph for each score range (0 to 100, 100 to 200, 200 to 300) and I want to show 2 charts after the paragraph based on a simple equation. Details for the forms will be shown in the attached files Timeline 3 days from awarding. Budget 50$
