Setup Czech/Slovak community website

We need to setup: - wordpress with some classified plugin - forum for community feed where users will be able to contribute add articles and so on - news section controlled by moderators on the homepage - possibility to add paid adds and banners on sites as well (probably woocomerce) - CZECH LANGUAGE after release !!! (development can be done in english) key features - the site must be fully in Czech language when finished (no google translation as it is not accurate) - users have to be able to log in through social media such as facebook and google (API keys already created) - Card payments have to be available for premium and featured packages or ads - when creating ad users have to be able to select the location (available locations Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania with all cities and so on) - ad search by location or within range - mobile friendly! Site has been partially created and running on [login to view URL], however, have not been finished yet. I need someone reliable who will finish all tasks above and make site completely usable in shortest possible time.
