Hi, I am a student who is good at coding in python and I have done many projects like this. This can be done using python mechanize library to open the webpage and fill forms and scrape data using beautifulsoup HTML parser and can implement proxy from hidemyass as per the website and rotate the proxies. finally can create a gui with vb.net and finally can give you a standalone windows software which can be directly run on Windows pc or I can give the direct python script itself. If given the task to me I will finish it with perfection and submit it to you before deadline
