Router reconnecting by a script

Hi, im looking for a way to reconnect my router ([login to view URL]) and get a new IP by clicking on a script. Script can be a php-file hosted on a server, batch, .exe-file on the local computer or whatever - but it should be a single-button-solution. You click the button - the "button" does the rest - you get the idea.
