Revamp existing back-end web application and create a new front-end ticketing form

Project Scope

1. Back-End

Revamp existing back-end web application that consists of customer information, service contract, ticketing, email marketing, upload function and user permission. [login to view URL] is our preferred back-end format and interface.

a. Require Dashboard by user permission to display graphical reports for ticketing, service contract, customers similar to [login to view URL] with agile board [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]

b. To improve existing Ticket display like [login to view URL]

c. To improve existing Upload page like [login to view URL] with ability to pre-select local path

d. To improve existing Email Marketing page like [login to view URL]

e. To improve existing User permission page like [login to view URL] with an ability to disconnect the user.

f. To improve existing Customer page like [login to view URL]

g. To improve Service Contract page like [login to view URL]

2. Font-End

Create a new ticketing form for our customer to submit a ticket.

a. Customer name will be verified with a back-end for support contract validity. Only valid support customer can submit a ticket with Company name, telephone, Name, TeamViewer ID, password, and issue.

b. Upon submission, ticket will display at the back-end for support personnel to accept

c. Upon submission, customer will receive email message

Payment Term:-

1st 50% Milestone created will only release after the project is completed and 2nd 50% milestone will only release after 14 days of testing without bugs.
