We require online support ticketing system preferably in Asp.Net (but in PHP is also ok) with complete source codes. All common features, reports and graphical dashboard should be available in portal but we need some customization. If you already created this kind of portal, please show me the demo. There are lot of ticketing system scripts available at codecanyon.net. If some one can make changes as per our requirement in any script, who can also participate.
