Remove Pay Pal payment confirmation page from Prestahsop

Remove PayPal payment confirmation page from Prestahsop. PayPal asks twice to click confirmation button. We want this removed to go to order complete page. Currently customer must confirm twice or three times.
We also require for PayPal:
if (no shipping address) {
set shipping address to "address line 1", "address line 2", "address line 3", etc.
}
We also require a competent long term Prestahop Developer with experience & knowledge. If you can do this job correctly we are happy to pay more. If you can do it fast, we will also pay more.
