Quickbooks API Developer with Web Connector Experience. Resolve Custom CRM/QB Issues

We are looking for an experienced developer with expertise in Quickbooks API Integration and Quickbook Web Connector Integration.
We need to update our Quickbook API so that when any ITEM name is updated in Quickbooks, it should also be updated in CRM. Our CRM is a custom CRM developed by our own team in Symohony PHP framework.
Currently, only when we add a product in CRM, that is when the ITEM is sync to Quickbooks. We would like it to work both ways when we make updates to existing ITEMs and adding new ITEMs.
