Query data, scrap data and send email according to data avaialble

Hi I need to send email based on data being scrapped from a webpage on peforming a query Web page is [login to view URL] Sample container number is MSWU9019003 User will upload a list of file on a server (you need to make this form) and based on container number listed in file program will do a query on each container.
