PSD to Wordpress

I am looking for a Wordpress Master. If you don't specialize in Wordpress, please don't bid. If you can't do Wordpress in your sleep and don't know it like the back of your hand, don't bid.

The site is presently being re-designed in Photoshop by my graphic artist. I will need their PSDs converted to Wordpress HTML (fully responsive on all devices/browsers). Some pages require animated (coded) effects and others will need various plugins to facilitate features/functions.
The home page has already been designed and HTML prepared. It will be the first page you upload to create the custom template/theme for my site (you will not be editing a pre-existing theme). You will also create the back-end management for woocommerce and content management.
Your bid is for the entire job (all 37 pages). Some are mostly text pages (Contact Us, Terms and Conditions, Policies, About Us), others are informational (under the Science & Technology or Resources Tabs). Only the Home Page, Landing Page and Product pages require a high level of detail, interactive design and animated effects (and the most complex has already been done).
I don't accept bid changes. I don't hire anyone who sends me a generic bid where they don't acknowledge the details of the project whatsoever. So if you don't take the time to read this job or view the site prior to sending me your bid, and you don't address the job in your bid, you're only wasting your own time. So don't be like the other 95% of lazy freelancers if you want to get hired by me.
