Hello Rentacoders,
We are interested in having our website designed by your company. Our website will consist of the following:
- Interactive site where we as well as our users can post information via submit forms.
- We will provide our logo which will be a watermark throughout the site except for where indicated.
- We will also ask Rentacoder to design a watermark of "AG" to be used where the logo watermark is not. This is where your creativity is required.
- The site will also contain a section containing a "Mock Magazine Cover". We will provide you with the design.
- We will also supply Rentacoder with information to be posted on the site and also be designed where we can also post text.
- The site should also be formatted to upload pictures that we will provide Rentacoder with and also be able to upload ourselves.
- The site should also enable the users to register for events and e-mail site or page to a friend.
- The site should also enable users to subscribe for newsletters to be received in their e-mail inbox.
- The look and feel of the site should have a little flash. It should be clean and exciting looking.
We have prepared a very detailed summary of what we desire our website to look like. We have also obtained examples from other websites and labelled them as schedules to the summary to assist Rentacoder in designing the site. These documents will be provided to the web designer who will be selected to design our unique, one of a kind website!

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
