I currently have a website written in completely outdated PHP from early 2000s. I'm in the process of rewriting the entire site as an PHP API using SLIM framework. Once the API is complete, then I plan to completely re-develop the website along with a new mobile app by using this API. As Part 1 of this project, I need someone with strong programming fundamentals with expertise in PHP and SLIM framework to do the initial design and layout of the API. Once the groundwork is done, then it's a matter of additional developers (including you?) to port current PHP website libraries into this new PHP API scheme. That will be part 2 of this project.
