payments of brain and paypal and amazon to work in all browsers will not work in ie or google chrome right

Hi I need for my payment methods to work with my 1 checkout page . I have the free 1 check out page and using brain paypal, paypal and amazon for my customers to pay with. I can not get all three to work in ie brower or google chrome I sure would hate to go back to big commerce on this. There has to be something to make this work. I don't have a lot of funds for this. I do have picture I can get it I need them for what is wrong in the checkout area.
