OpenCart Extension Layby for opencart and journal 3

We currently have an old layby extension which is not out dated and the developer did not create a updated version to suit the new opencart requirements and our template. we need this to work effective with other opencart extensions and journal 3 and one step check out. the extension we currently have is below: 1.5.6.4 vQmod Journal2 Theme: Compatible with Journal2 theme One Step Checkout: Does NOT WORK with any one step checkout Custom Theme: May work with some custom themes as long as they adhere to default OpenCart coding standards The extension is designed on the traditional American Layaway. The Extension will allow the store owner to determine the amount of days to make payments, the amount of initial deposit (fixed amount or percentage), set a payment fee, control user groups, require login to show buttons or simply use the checkout version with no buttons and much more. Customers can log into their account and make payments. Once all payments have been made, the store owner will receive an email notification advising all payments have been completed and order is ready for processing. If a customer account goes beyond it's payment period, the store owner and customer will receive an email advising them of the over due status. After all Payments have been completed the order total will go back to normal and the store owner will receive an email advising that all payments have been made and to process order for shipment. Everything is logged in both the store front and admin.
