Need website built - similar but different to an existing site

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ AND THROUGHLY UNDERSTAND PROJECT REQUEST AND THEN REVIEW THE WEBSITE THAT I NEED BUILT BEFORE BIDDING. PROJECT: We need the website [login to view URL] reviewed and then we need you to build us a website that has at a minimum, the basic functionality plus a few other changes that I will mention below. This website needs to be built for hosting on our server and at the end of the project, this site will need to be published on an server/hosting site that I will define as we are 1/4 to 1/2 finished with the new site. We will need all of the source code, images and other data turned over to us naturally. We need the new website to have a different look and feel (design/colors, etc) than [login to view URL] so that we can't be accused of stealing any IP from anyone, so you will definiately have some leeway to add or change the site. At the beginning of the project, we will need 3 prototype designs of the proposed website so that we can choose which design we like best. If you wanted to throw a sample front page design our way to review before we select a winner bidder, that might help us make a decision. We will need the end result website to have a back end CMS (Content Management System) so that we can modify, maintain the website which will need to include the ability to change individual webpages with HTML, PHP or other programmng language of your choice. The CMS should also include the ability of integrating document management, digital asset management and record retention.[ PLEASE - BEFORE you bid or make a decision to try and win our business, I want you to have a good understanding of the task at hand. This means you should go to [login to view URL] and setup at least 2 accounts - (1st account should be as a House Cleaner and the 2nd account should be as the Home Owner) There are some functionalities that you can only see and understand by creating and playing with these accounts. Your bid should include pricing for a 1) windows website and a 2) IOS app and 3)Android app. I don't believe that the other website has this but please
